Clichy earns call-up to France squad

Arsenal full-back Gael Clichy has received his first call-up to the France squad for next week's friendly matches against DR Congo and Spain.

Clichy joins Arsenal team-mates William Gallas, Bacary Sagna, Abou Diaby and Mathieu Flamini in the 36-man squad.

Chelsea trio Claude Makelele, Nicolas Anelka and Florent Malouda, Portsmouth's Lassana Diarra and Manchester United full-back Patrice Evra make up the 10 Premier League players in the squad.
